William Chamblee, Ed Quillin and Divenna Chamblee are Successful in Medical Malpractice Suit – Dallas County

William Chamblee, Ed Quillin, and Divenna Chamblee are successful in pursuing a medical malpractice case in Dallas County. The plaintiff alleges an inability to use an arm and the development of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome following an alleged undiagnosed compartment syndrome after surgery. The case involved an IV Infiltration which is alleged to have caused a compartment syndrome. Ed Quillin, of Chamblee Ryan, represented the CRNA. William and Divenna Chamblee represented the Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. After three weeks of trial, the jury returned a verdict of no negligence for both clients.
