Overview
Edward P. Quillin is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has tried over 175 jury trials throughout Texas in cases involving catastrophic injury, property damage, and death. He also represents individuals and entities in a variety of business litigation matters and disputes. Given his extensive courtroom experience, he is often hired in ongoing cases which have no scope for resolution and must proceed to trial.
In addition to being listed among Texas Super Lawyers, Ed Quillin has earned the highest AV Pre-eminent peer review rating for legal knowledge and ethical representation. He is also Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Ed graduated from The University of Akron School of Law in 1986 where he was a member of the Akron Law Review.

Defense of a hospitalist in a $24 million suit alleging improper performance of lumbar puncture while patient was receiving anticoagulants resulting in paralysis of a 28 year old patient. Hospitalist found 51% negligent. Verdict reversed on appeal.
