Bill Chamblee, with the assistance of Divenna Chamblee and Kimberly Atwell, obtain a defense verdict on an alleged dock loading accident in Fort Worth, Texas. Plaintiff alleges that he was injured as a result to the forklift loading tractor trailer hoods on the back of plaintiff’s trailer. Plaintiff alleged negligence in the loading process resulting in injury and alleged injuries to his right shoulder and cervical region of his neck. Plaintiff ultimately had an anterior cervical fusion and a number of procedures on his right shoulder to deal with rotator cuff injuries.
We contested liability as well as all of plaintiff’s medical. The jury returned a verdict in favor of defendant.
