Our Team

Overview

Kimberly is a senior litigation associate at Chamblee Ryan. She was admitted to practice law in 1990, and since then, has handled cases in a wide variety of areas, including personal injury, breach of contract, premises liability, and contested wills, trusts and estates in both state and federal courts.

Kimberly is a proud graduate of Baylor University, where she received her undergraduate degree, and Baylor University School of Law. She is married to Stuart C. Atwell, who is also an attorney and graduate of Baylor. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her three adult children (one of whom followed Mom and Dad’s footsteps and is now studying at Baylor), running with her running club, cooking, and reading.
