William H. Chamblee and Douglas R. Lewis, with the assistance of Caleena Svatek, obtained a directed verdict dismissing all claims against Defendants in Dallas County, Texas. Plaintiff contended Defendants tortiously interfered with her employment through existing business contract as well as additional causes of action including conspiracy, commercial bribery, negligence, gross negligence, and unfair competition. After four days of trials in front of a six-person jury, Defendants moved for a directed verdict on all claims at the close of all evidence. The judge ruled in favor of Defendants granting a directed verdict on all claims to dismiss the suit and render a final judgment.
