REAGAN BOYCE ON MENTORSHIP FOR TEXAS BAR JOURNAL ARTICLE, PODCAST

The firm’s Reagan Boyce authored an article covering practical steps to guide young attorneys entering the profession for the September issue of the Texas Bar Journal, and participated in a State Bar podcast on the topic. On the podcast and in the article entitled “Set for Success” Reagan outlines how veteran attorneys can set reasonable expectations and advocates patience to assure that young lawyers have a foundation to learn legal and judicial processes from the ground up. Reagan also stresses that successful mentorship is a process, not an event.

“Mentorship does not happen in just one moment. Mentorship takes time. If you are committed to ensuring that the new attorneys coming to work for you have the skills to be successful and will want to remain with your firm, then you have to be available”.
