Overview

Reagan Boyce is a partner at Chamblee Ryan.  Reagan’s practice includes a diverse area including medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, construction defect, intellectual property and real property torts. Reagan also has a diverse background handling litigation matters for bankruptcy trustees, receivers, ABC’s and other fiduciaries.

Reagan is licensed in both Texas and California. She has been part of over a dozen trial teams who have obtained defense verdicts, or have recovered assets involving millions in real and personal property disputes.

Reagan was named a Top 50 Up and Coming Women Lawyer for Southern California (2015-2018), and a Rising Star (2014-2018). Recently, Reagan was named a Best Lawyer by Best Lawyers in America (2018-2023).

Reagan graduated from the only ABA accredited 2 year J.D. program in the country at Southwestern University in Los Angeles, California.  Reagan sits on the Board of Directors for the non-profit Miranda’s People – an organization that helps provide pro bono vet service and monetary grants to provide treatment to dogs with cancer.

Experience

In her first jury trial as lead counsel, obtained a unanimous defense verdict on behalf of the veterinary clinic defendant.

Part of a trial team that successfully obtained a defense verdict in over a half dozen medical malpractice cases, including defense of general practitioners, cardiologists, pulmonologists, and hospital nursing staffs.

Successfully pierced the corporate veil of an LLC judgment debtor to add the principal as co-defendant in a commercial landlord tenant dispute involving fraud and breach of contract.

Successfully represented trustees, receivers and ABC’s in the recovery of estate assets, including multi-million real and personal property assets.
