Jarad Kent, Matt Rowan, and Betty Young, out of Chamblee Ryan’s Tyler Office, secured a significant settlement for a client who was seriously injured when part of an 18-wheeler’s axel fell off and was sent flying through her front windshield. The client sustained serious permanent injuries because of the accident.
