Jeffrey W. Ryan and Jarad L. Kent successfully defended a Texas based healthcare housekeeping company in a premises liability case in Dallas County, Texas. The Plaintiff alleged that she slipped and fell in a local area hospital and sustained a traumatic brain injury as a result of the fall. Alleging that she would never be able to return to work again, the Plaintiff and her adult daughters, asked for over $7,000,000.00 from the jury. After the close of evidence in the case, the jury returned a unanimous no negligence verdict in favor of Defendant.
