Jeff Kershaw and Tim Davis obtained a summary judgment on behalf of a roofing company in Dallas County, Texas. The Plaintiff sued the roofing company and the large retail store in which she fell after she incurred significant medical expenses stemming from a fall in water on the floor. The Court dismissed the Plaintiff’s claims against our client because there was no evidence that the roofing company did anything wrong or that the roofing company even owed a duty to the Plaintiff in these circumstances.
