Jeff Kershaw represented a trucking company that a police officer concluded was responsible for a roll-over accident. Plaintiff sustained significant injuries including permanent injuries to her spine. Plaintiff argued that the injuries prohibited her from having children in the future and Plaintiff’s Counsel asked for $5 million from the jury. After a lengthy deliberation, the jury found that Mr. Kershaw’s client was not negligent or responsible for the roll-over incident.
