Overview

Lynne Clarke is a partner at Chamblee Ryan. Born and raised in Dallas, Lynne has over thirty years of experience successfully representing clients in a wide variety of matters, including complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, creditor-lender disputes, probate, family law, insurance defense, medical malpractice, premises liability, and personal injury litigation.  Lynne’s diverse practice has led to success in representing clients both in state and federal courts, both a trial and on appeal.

Throughout her career, Lynne has devoted much of her free time in leadership roles for various philanthropic organizations, including Attorneys Serving the Community, La Fiesta de las Seis Banderas, Young Men’s Service League, HPISD PTA Board, Hockaday Alumnae Association, The American Women’s Club of the Hague, Netherlands, The American Women’s Club of Oslo, Norway, Junior League of Dallas, and Lawyers Against Domestic Violence.

In addition to volunteering, in her free time Lynne enjoys counseling high school students on the college admissions process and spending time with her husband and three sons.

Experience

Successfully represented client in obtaining an order of enforcement of a final decree of divorce and in defending against appeal of the order of enforcement entered by the trial court (Mishler v. Mishler, 2022 WL 2352952, June 30, 2022 (Tex. App. – Dallas, no pet.)
