Our Team

Overview

Stuart Carter is a senior associate at Chamblee Ryan.  He was admitted in 1996, and since then has handled a wide range of cases including personal injury, wrongful death, large loss subrogation, product liability, intellectual property, and family law.  He has completed more than two dozen solo jury trials on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.

Stuart graduated in 1996 from Emory Law School in Atlanta, Georgia, after completing his undergraduate degree in English at Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana.   Away from work he is an amateur musician, tie-dye artist, and avid motorsports photographer.  He lives in Whitestown, Indiana, with two children, two relatively approachable cats, and a highly entertaining dog.
