Results Driven

Representation of an oil and gas company in a person injury suit wherein Plaintiff sought damages for injuries sustained during a water tank fall in excess of $700,000, but settled for $175,000 prior to trial.

Obtained summary judgment for a regional midstream services operator in a nonsubscriber personal injury suit filed by an employee for injuries sustained at a gas well site.

Negotiated and drafted a joint venture agreement between a client and an investment management company for an international purchase and supply of fuel oil worth an initial investment of $2.6 million with no financial risk being allocated to client while maintaining a right to 50% of profits.
