Overview
Zach Toups is an associate attorney at Chamblee Ryan. Zach’s practice focuses primarily on premises liability, construction, insurance, general negligence, transactional, and commercial law. Zach also has experience with construction defect, product defect, and professional liability.
Zach went to Emory University School of Law where he excelled in the transactional certificate courses. During his time at Emory, Zach successfully placed as one of the top closing arguments in Emory’s prestigious trial advocacy courses.
In his years of practice, Zach has been a member of the Dallas Bar association where he participates in the Construction Law Section and Insurance Law Section.
In his free time, Zach loves being outdoors – whether it be hunting, fishing, or taking his dog Leroy to the Katy Trial to run. When he is not outdoors, Zach enjoys the entertainment offered here in Dallas – live music, Dallas Mavericks games and Dallas Stars games.
