Travis Cox is an associate at Chamblee Ryan. Travis’s practice focuses primarily on premises liability, personal injury defense, and motor vehicle accident claims involving property damage, personal injury, and wrongful death. In addition, Travis is experienced with bankruptcy law, commercial collections, real estate law, and governmental taxing issues.
Travis has represented local governmental entities before district and state courts in Texas as well as litigated extensively in federal courts defending corporations from premises liability claims. He also is well versed in both state and federal appellate law and is capable of defending clients from inception of lawsuits through the appellate process if necessary.
Travis currently represents local, regional, and long-haul trucking companies and their drivers in pre-litigation and litigation matters. He also assists these companies in long term corporate planning by evaluating proposed initiatives to eliminate future risk.
