Four experienced business law attorneys have joined Chamblee, Ryan, Kershaw & Anderson, PC, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities to support business clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
M. Turner Field brings an extensive background in complex commercial litigation, particularly in cases involving the real estate and construction industries. Mr. Field earned his law degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2002 and his undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University in 1999. He joins the firm from Pendleton, Wilson Hennessey & Crow PC in Denver.
Priya Patel has managed coverage claims for some of the nation’s largest insurers, including investigations into possible fraud claims under federal RICO statutes. Ms. Patel received her law degree in 2014 from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2011. She joins Chamblee Ryan from the Fort Worth office of Parker Straus LLP.
Sabena S. Talati is experienced in a wide range of business torts, including employment disputes, professional negligence claims, and product liability and personal injury defense. Ms. Talati earned her law degree from the South Texas College of Law in 2006 and her undergraduate degree from Baylor University in 2003. She joins the firm from Mathis & Donheiser PC in Dallas.
W. Nicholas Terrell has served as legal counsel in discovery and trial preparation in numerous business disputes and regulatory matters. He previously practiced at Godwin PC in Dallas. Mr. Terrell earned his law degree from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 2010 and his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2005
