Founding Partner Jeff Kershaw successfully obtained a multi-million dollar settlement in a personal injury case against one of the largest crane companies in the world. Mr. Kershaw’s client was injured when he was assisting the Crane Company in the repair of an over-head crane. Mr. Kershaw brought suit against the Crane Company for the negligent operation of the crane. The Crane Company initially denied the allegation and attempted to blame Mr. Kershaw’s client for his own injuries. Thereafter, Mr. Kershaw retained numerous experts to support the allegations against the Crane Company. Additionally, Mr. Kershaw retained an expert to prepare a reenactment of the accident through animation, which can be viewed here. After being confronted with the retained experts and animation, the Crane Company agreed to the multi-million dollar settlement.
