Jarad Kent, along with Betty Young, Jessica Eaton, and Matt Rowan obtained a full summary judgment in favor of their client, a local East Texas tow truck company.
The case involved allegations of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, misrepresentations, and promissory estoppel. After defending the case for over two years, including multiple summary judgment hearings, the Court ruled in our client’s favor completely dismissing all of Plaintiff’s claims against them.
Of the ruling, Jarad Kent, said “the court’s ruling is an illustration of the strength of the attorneys we have in our Tyler office and the quality of representation and hard work that our presence in East Texas can bring on behalf of local businesses and individuals.”
