Alan Rosenberg maintains a commercial litigation practice emphasizing construction law, insurance coverage, securities litigation, banking litigation, and real estate. He has participated in litigation before state and federal courts involving complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, construction disputes for both commercial and residential real estate, and has assisted clients with lawsuits arising from business disputes involving contracts, insurance, partnerships, and collections. Alan has arbitrated before the AAA under both their general and construction rules. He has successfully litigated lawsuits involving construction law, securities, insurance, products liability, personal injury, partnership and shareholder disputes. Alan also serves in an Outside General Counsel role for companies in various industries and of various sizes, tending to whatever legal issue arises in their day-to-day operations.
Alan has authored a number of articles on various insurance and business-related issues, and he has spoken to numerous organizations about various legal issues.
Alan grew up in Dallas and currently lives in North Dallas with his wife and two children.
