Chamblee & Ryan, P.C. specializes in Veterinary Medicine as well as all aspects of Equine Law. The firm has a strong commitment to both of these areas. William H. Chamblee has been an active equine participant since he was a young child. He has owned horses (along with dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, ducks, ferrets, zebras, coatimundi, and a variety of other animals) throughout his entire life. Bill’s heart has always been with horses. He has done everything in the horse business including owning race horses, play day horses, roping, and hunter/jumper horses. Bill spends the vast majority of his free time with his wife and daughter engaging in hunter/jumper horse related activities. Before the birth of his daughter, he practiced heading and heeling with his buddies and friends.
Bill has always viewed horses as very special animals. He has a herd of eleven horses on his land in Keller, along with a blue mare which he raised from a baby and she is now twenty years old. Horses are a big part of his family. Bill’s daughter has the same passion for horses.
Mr. Chamblee and his horse, Levi, were named Reserved Champion in the 2009 Silver Stirrup Awards in the Adult Amateur Hunter class by United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) and the Performance Horse Registry (PHR). This can be viewed in the February/March 2010 issue of 'Equestrian.'
