Having practiced for a number of years, I have learned to trust the civil jury system. Many who are unfamiliar with the courtroom are fearful. They are fearful of the Judge, fearful of the process, and fearful about what twelve people may do. Their fear will cause them to make decisions contrary to their beliefs. Fear can cause many to make decisions about settlement on cases they wish they could try. Fear will cause some to pay more money because a Plaintiffs attorney will hold them hostage for knowledge of their fear.

It is my belief that I deliver my clients from their fear. It is my responsibility to deliver my clients from their fears. A well-prepared lawyer, with the ability and knowledge to talk to a jury correctly, can obtain for one's clients the correct result. Jurors will find truth if the attorney representing you spends the time and the effort to be more prepared than all the rest on the law and the facts, more prepared than all the rest correctly examined lawyers, and more prepared than all the rest to handle your case in the courtroom. In addition to preparation, one must have a knowledge and an understanding of people, a knowledge and understanding of the prejudices that all carry into a courtroom, and an ability to help people get past or see through those prejudices in order to arrive at truth. When all of this comes together, your case in the courtroom, if truth is on its side, will prevail and will prevail the vast majority of the time.

My clients have no fear of the courtroom. My clients have no fear of the judicial system. My clients have no fear of what a jury will do because I have this conversation with my clients and they know that they can trust me devoting myself to handling their case in a manner that will allow truth to prevail.

I am also an active member of The MET Church where I serve as a Youth Minister to age groups 5-10 years.  I am also involved in many local Keller, Texas charity events as sponsor, producer, or organizer.
